Organisation

The Steering Committee is responsible for the overall implementation of the research programme, including the development of the call for proposals, the selection of projects, the assurance of scientific quality and the editing of the programme synthesis.

The Programme Manager and the President of the Steering Committee are responsible for the programme’s operational management.

The representative of the federal government works in close collaboration with the Steering Committee and acts as a liaison between the programme and the relevant offices of the Federal Administration.

The SNSF Research Council bears ultimate responsibility for the NRP. The Council’s delegate acts as the link between the Research Council and the Steering Committee.
